– Approximately 6 regularly scheduled board meetings per year
– Board of Director and Executive Committee meetings are usually held at the administration office at 10:00 a.m., with the exception of the Annual General Meeting in February (rotating locations within the watershed) and the June meeting, which follows a project tour.
– Meeting dates, times and locations are tentative and circumstances may necessitate changes. Accordingly, meeting details should be confirmed with the administration office prior to the meeting date.
– In the March 26, 2020 directive, issued by the Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP), amendments to Conservation Authority By-Laws were recommended in order to allow for electronic meetings during declared state of emergencies. The SCRCA Board of Directors met on May 7, 2020 to accept these changes.
