Severe thunderstorms brought varying amounts of precipitation across the region in the past 36 hours, ranging between 15 and 60 mm of rain. This amount of precipitation has the potential to sustain elevated water levels in the lower reaches of the watershed.
The following roads are impacted by flooding:
- Waterworks Road north of Courtright Line
The Conservation Authority continues to monitor watershed conditions and will issue advisories to municipalities and media should flood issues arise.
Municipal emergency response staff and road superintendents should monitor local conditions closely.
